We are looking for 2,500 health-conscious product testers for free Kombuchery

The organizer of this promotion is Kombuchery GmbH, Torstraße 105-107, 10119 Berlin, Germany, hereinafter referred to as Kombuchery.

This promotion is in no way connected to dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG, nor to social networks and messenger services (in particular Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp) and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is exclusively Kombuchery and not dm or any of the aforementioned platform or messenger services. dm, as well as the aforementioned social networks and messenger services, are not available as contact persons for the promotion. The participant releases dm, as well as the aforementioned platform and messenger services, from all claims in connection with participation in this promotion.

The promotion runs from February 1, 2026, up to and including February 20, 2026, but will end prematurely as soon as the promotion quota of at least 2,500 valid entries is reached or exceeded.

The successful upload of the receipt on the promotion website is decisive for participation.

As long as the upload form is available on a calendar day, all receipts uploaded by 11:59 PM on that day are considered valid entries.

Reaching the promotion quota and a possible premature end of the promotion will be communicated daily on the promotion website via an info banner.

As soon as the quota is reached, the online form will be closed at the end of the day (11:59 PM), and further uploads will no longer be possible from that point on.

The purchase date on the receipt must be within the promotion period (February 1, 2026, until the premature end of the promotion). However, for consideration, the time of upload, not the purchase date, is decisive.

Only natural persons aged 18 and over with a residence in Germany are eligible to participate.

Participation is limited to one refund per person and household. Multiple submissions will not be counted.

Kombuchery reserves the right to request the original receipt for verification. In this case, the original receipt must be sent by post at your own expense to Kombuchery GmbH within 7 calendar days. If it is not received within the deadline, participation may be excluded.

As part of this promotion, buyers of at least two (2) bottles of Kombuchery Raw Kombucha Ginger 400ml have the opportunity to have the purchase price (excl. disposable deposit) for two (2) bottles of Kombuchery Raw Kombucha Ginger 400ml refunded.

The promotion is valid exclusively for purchases in dm stores in Germany during the aforementioned promotional period. Purchases in the dm online shop (dm.de) are excluded from the promotion.

Participation takes place via the online form linked above and requires that the following information and documents are submitted completely and correctly:

• a combined photo of the receipt and both bottles, on which the purchase date, time, store number, invoice number, and the purchase of at least two (2) bottles of Kombuchery Raw Kombucha Ginger 400ml are clearly visible, and for both bottles, it is visible that the original seal (lid) is open
• a valid IBAN and BIC for the refund
• First and last name, identical to the name of the account holder, and a valid email address
• Active consent to receive email communication regarding the promotion and product information until the refund is completed, as otherwise proper status communication is not possible

The submitted receipt must clearly prove the purchase of two (2) bottles of Kombuchery Raw Kombucha Ginger 400ml. Multiple submissions, incomplete or illegible information, as well as submissions outside the promotional period, will lead to exclusion from the promotion.

The refund of the purchase price (excl. disposable deposit) will only be made for a maximum of two (2) bottles per person and household and will be transferred to the specified account within 30 working days after successful verification.

Alternatively, as part of the participation, you can also choose to triple the cashback amount to €14.70 in the form of a Kombuchery shop voucher (instead of a payout). The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions. If you choose the shop voucher, it will be delivered via email.

Excluded from participation are:

• Existing Kombuchery customers, Kombuchery newsletter subscribers, and individuals who have already participated in this promotion or similar Kombuchery cashback promotions
• Individuals for whom it cannot be clearly verified whether Payback points were collected due to the use of a Payback card or an incomplete or cropped receipt
• Individuals who provide false information or attempt to manipulate the promotion (e.g., multiple participations using different email addresses or account details)
• Individuals who have fully or partially returned products purchased as part of this promotion after purchase
• Individuals who submit only other Kombuchery varieties that are not part of the promotion
• Commercial resellers
• Participation via automated data processing or through the involvement of third parties (e.g., sweepstakes or promotion agencies)

Kombuchery reserves the right to exclude individual participants if there is suspicion of misuse or violation of these terms and conditions.

• The purchase of at least two (2) bottles of Kombuchery Raw Kombucha Ginger 400ml must be shown and verifiable on a receipt
• The refund is limited to the actual purchase price of a maximum of two (2) bottles of Kombuchery Raw Kombucha Ginger 400ml
• The maximum refund amount is €4.90
• Only one participation per person and household is allowed
• Refunds will only be made by bank transfer
• The conditions for the refund must be met

The personal data collected as part of the promotion will be processed for the purpose of carrying out and managing the cashback promotion. If the participant agrees to receive email communication and remains subscribed, their name and email address will also be used to send information about the promotion as well as product and newsletter content.

Bank details (in particular IBAN, and BIC/SWIFT if applicable) will be used exclusively for processing the refund and will be automatically deleted after the payment has been completed, but no later than 90 days, provided that there are no statutory retention periods.

Name, email address, and purchase and participation data (e.g., receipt) will be stored beyond the duration of the promotion until unsubscription from email receipt, in order to enable proper communication regarding the promotion and product information.

Data will not be transferred to third parties.

The legal basis for processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You have the right at any time to information, rectification, restriction of processing, or erasure of your personal data.

The participant assures that the submitted data originates from themselves, has not been submitted elsewhere, and that the submitted data does not violate public morality, applicable law, or the rights of third parties. Kombuchery's decisions are final, to the extent permitted by law. Inquiries regarding this cannot be answered.

Kombuchery assumes no liability for:

• technical disruptions, server failures, data loss
• delays in refunds that are beyond its control

Kombuchery reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely at any time for important reasons (e.g., in case of suspected abuse or manipulation) or to adjust the terms of participation.

Kombuchery further reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time. Any obligation to pay damages on the part of Kombuchery and its organs, employees, and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal basis, is – to the extent permitted by law – limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

Recourse to the courts is excluded, to the extent permitted by law. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
